ACCRA, Ghana — Bishop Tudor Bismark has told participants at Greater Works Conference 2026 that transition is an unavoidable part of life and must be handled with spiritual understanding and intentional preparation.
Speaking during the Day Two morning session at ICGC Christ Temple East in Teshie, Accra, the Zimbabwean preacher said every person is constantly moving from one season into another.
“Every single day of your life, you are in transition,” he declared. “Transition doesn’t ask for permission. You just find yourself in it.”
Bishop Bismark explained that transition may occur willingly or unwillingly, knowingly or unknowingly. He said believers must therefore recognise changing seasons and learn how to respond without losing direction.
Using Acts 1 as his principal biblical guide, he connected personal transitions with broader movements in biblical history, explaining that God works through different periods to accomplish specific purposes. He described a dispensation as a season in which God deals with humanity in a particular way to achieve an intended outcome.
Turning to practical application, Bishop Bismark identified focus, patience, cooperation and prayer as essential qualities for navigating change.
“You have to focus in transition,” he said, warning that distraction can prevent people from understanding what God is doing. He also urged believers to remain patient because they may not know how long the process of transformation will take.
